Scrubbers and Sweepers

Navitas’ DC motor controllers for Scrubbers and Sweepers can be used for both push and driven scrubbers and sweepers, at high and low power, and at any level of power in between. If a customer or OEM needs something that is a little bit different, Navitas can customize our controllers for scrubbers and sweepers. Features include:

Regenerative braking and coasting capabilities that harness excess energy and charge the batteries

Contactor-less motor reversing that eliminates the need for forward and reverse contactors

Static Return to Off (i.e., SRO or "Dead-man Switch") to prevent controller operation if the key switch is turned on while in forward or reverse mode.

Adjustable top speed for both forward and reverse.

Battery Discharge Interlock (BDI) to protect battery with slow run speed.
